• All Design Pieces will be subject to consultation.

• Final Release of Purchased Goods will be given after all balances are paid and all art is approved. 

• All Purchases will have a Signed Contract Agreement between Client and Designer. 

• Failure to sign Contract will result in forfeit of deposit and purchase as to be determined by Designer.

• Failure to pay required deposit will also result in forfeit of Serviced Designs.
